Order Cancellation Policy

Clear, straightforward cancellation rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch from our Liverpool warehouse, you may do so at zero charge. Please contact our customer support team immediately at 0151 230 0221 or email support@metrobedcompany.com with your order reference.

2. Statutory 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive delivery of your furniture.

3. Condition of Returned Furniture

To qualify for a full refund, cancelled items must be unassembled, in their original protective packaging, and in pristine brand-new condition suitable for resale.

4. Refund Processing

Once cancelled orders are confirmed or returned goods are inspected at our Liverpool depot, refunds are issued back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Klarna) within 3 to 5 business days.
