How does an Ottoman gas-lift bed work?
Our ottoman beds are equipped with heavy-duty hydraulic gas pistons (similar to a car hatchback). Once a mattress is on the frame, the gas struts provide assisted lift, allowing you to raise the mattress effortlessly with one hand using the fabric pull tab, revealing the full under-bed storage compartment.
What are standard UK bed sizes?
We supply standard UK bed dimensions:
• Single: 3ft x 6ft 3in (90 x 190 cm)
• Small Double (Queen): 4ft x 6ft 3in (120 x 190 cm)
• Double: 4ft 6in x 6ft 3in (135 x 190 cm)
• King Size: 5ft x 6ft 6in (150 x 200 cm)
• Super King: 6ft x 6ft 6in (180 x 200 cm)
How is delivery arranged for large furniture?
All beds and mattresses are delivered via our dedicated two-man furniture delivery network. The courier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery by SMS/phone to confirm an agreed delivery window.
Are the beds easy to assemble?
Yes. All ottoman beds and bed frames come with clear illustrated assembly instructions and all required hardware fittings. Divan bases arrive pre-assembled in two sections that easily clip together with joining brackets.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Mattresses must remain unsealed in their original protective packaging due to hygiene regulations.
